Delete Your Account

In the app

Open aesi and go to Settings → Security → Delete account. Confirm twice and the deletion runs straight away. It erases:

• the store you run on this phone, if any, including its menu, orders, paired devices and its connected payment account;
• the email address and mobile number linked for account recovery;
• your cloud backup (saved places, history and points);
• your push-notification registration;
• everything stored on the phone, including store credit and points. Spend any store credit first, because it can’t be recovered after deletion.

Without the app

If you no longer have the phone, email contact@aesi.app from the email address linked to your account, or include the linked mobile number. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the same data within 30 days.

What we keep

Records of payments and orders may be kept for as long as the law requires (typically up to six years for financial records) and for fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy. Merchants you bought from keep their own records of those sales.
