By accessing or using the ÆSI website, testnet, apps, bots, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction and that you are not a sanctioned person or located in a prohibited jurisdiction.

3) No Financial Advice or Offer

Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing herein is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, token, or other financial instrument.

4) Testnet and Experimental Software

The testnet and wallet builds are experimental and provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You may experience downtime, data loss, bugs, and breaking changes.

5) Airdrop and Rewards Disclaimer

Participation in waitlists, testing, quests, or points programs does not guarantee any allocation, reward, or airdrop. Any future airdrop, if any, is at ÆSI’s sole discretion and subject to eligibility, compliance, anti‑sybil, and policy requirements which may change over time.

6) Wallets and On‑chain Interactions

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may be publicly visible. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and devices. ÆSI does not custody assets and is not responsible for lost or misdirected funds.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) engage in sybil activity or multi‑account farming; (b) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (c) interfere with operation, security, or integrity of the Services; (d) infringe others’ rights.

8) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use limited personal data (e.g., email for waitlist). By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

9) Third‑Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., wallets, analytics, community platforms). ÆSI does not control and is not responsible for such services. Use them at your own risk.

10) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ÆSI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
